Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) is a non-profit organization with more than 50,000 members worldwide. By providing a forum for networking and career development through social, educational and civic service opportunities, YPE aims to facilitate the advancement of young professionals in the global energy industry.
We run a year-round calendar of events - casual happy hours, speaker events, collaborations with organizations, and everything in between. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we are open to sponsorship opportunities that align with our mission of supporting young energy professionals in the Philadelphia area. Our focus is on building professional networks and creating opportunities for career growth through learning, networking, and professional development. We host thought-provoking discussions in partnership with like-minded organizations, as well as casual networking events to foster both professional and personal connections and strengthen our community.
